Individual Therapy
At Inner Wave Therapy, individual therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, your goals, and your growth.
We work with young adults, creatives, working professionals, and those navigating complex life transitions in the state of California. Whether you're facing anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we tailor therapy to meet you where you are.
What to Expect
Sessions are typically 45–50 minutes long and held weekly. You'll work one-on-one with a licensed therapist or advanced associate, depending on your needs and availability.
Therapy may focus on:
Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
Identity and self-esteem
Creative blocks or career dilemmas
ADHD and executive functioning
Life transitions or existential concerns
Our approach blends modern insight-oriented therapy with evidence-based practices like CBT and mindfulness. You’ll be met with curiosity, respect, and a grounded sense of humor.

Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
